Our Lady of Mercy Lay Carmelites

Community and Regional News — October 2019

  • Rest in Peace, Pearl. Pearl passed away on October 1 (the feast of St. Thérèse of Lisieux!). She was received into our community on March 14, 2015 and made her temporary profession on October 21, 2017. Pearl’s funeral was on October 15 (the feast of St. Teresa of Avila!) As with all members of our community who pass away, we will pray the Office of the Dead today for the repose of her soul. Please keep Pearl and all our deceased members in your prayers.
